Printing & Framing Guide
Use this handy guide to make sure you get the best quality print and frame for your digital download file or art print:
Saving your file/s
Please only print from high resolution files saved to your MAC or PC(and not your mobile).
Printing at home
Fastest and cheapest option. Best suited for smaller prints like A4, 8”x10”, and smaller.
Please make sure you use the fit-to-page setting or 100% sizing.
Ensure the image covers the whole page.
Please disable any colour management settings of your printer.
What kind of paper should I use?
Good-quality art paper or matte cardstock. I recommend at least 200gsm
(gsm is the measure of paper thickness); most online shops have a selection of paper and gsm.
Frame recommendations?
I always recommend a local independent framer to do a quality job.
If you are in Bath, UK try my favourite THE MELTONE GALLERY.
Otherwise, if you would like a more cost effective option, try frames.co.uk (they can also print your digital file and frame and send to you).
